The Celtic PLC AGM is upon us, please use your vote!

Don't be one of the 27,000!

The notices for the Celtic PLC AGM are arriving through your letterboxes today.  The AGM is being held at 11am on Friday 14 October at Celtic Park.  For the first time you can cast your proxy vote online and full instructions are contained in your AGM pack.  Please do not be one of the 27000 shareholders who never bother to cast their vote.  You have a variety of options.

  1. You can attend the AGM and vote in person - please support resolutions 12 and 13
  2. You can proxy your vote to the Chairman either by post or online - please instruct him to vote yes to resolutions 12 and 13
  3. Or, you can proxy your vote to The Secretary, Celtic Trust and we will cast your vote in favour of resolutions 12 and 13.

If you think you hold shares but you have not received an AGM notice then it may be that you have moved house since you bought the shares and failed to inform the Registrar.  You can contact the Registrar as follows:

Computershare Investor Services PLC, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol BS99 6ZY

to notify a change of address and ask for your AGM papers to be sent to you.  Or you can do it online at

but you need to have your shareholder reference number which will be on your original share certificate.

You can call/fax  them at:

Telephone: 0870 702 0192

Fax: +44 (0)870 703 6101

Or you can email them via their Contact Us form on their site (accessed via the FAQ section)

Whatever way you do it please don't silence your own voice - Use your Vote!
