Our New Chairperson says'Hello'

HAIL! HAIL! To all of you in the Trust and the wider CELTIC support.

I want to introduce myself, Joe di Paola, the new chair of the Celtic Trust. I am pleased and proud to have been elected at the recent AGM and will do my best to help represent and support my fellow supporters.Until recently I worked in Local Government, having worked previously within the Trade Union movement, for nearly 30 years.

A lifelong Celtic supporter, watching many fabulous ups as well as some deep downs of our great Club. My family has season tickets in The Jock Stein Stand.

I want to thank the ourgoing Chair - Jeanette Findlay - for all her hard work on behalf of the Trust and Celtic supporters over many years and for her assurance of continued assistance.  I am delighted that Marie McCusker and Kenny Butler will continue their work for the Trust in their roles as Secretary and Treasurer. We, along with other Trustees will endeavour to get to grips with the challenges we face as Celtic supporters. One of these challenges is the ongoing issues around the appalling treatment of sections of our support.

The Trust will continue to assist individual supporters and groups and faithfully represent your views to Celtic and to the wider world of Scottish football.

We will use this website to keep you informed of the activities of the Trust.

If you are a member of the Trust please give us your active support. If not - join THE CELTIC TRUST.

Only by growing the Trust can we get a more active voice through financing more shares in Celtic with the aim of our great club being owned by its supporters.
