Meeting with Celtic March 2008
At our recent meeting with Peter Lawell and Robert Howat we discussed a number of issues. We began the meeting by clearing the air over the post-AGM and 5 Live interview fall out. There was a full and very frank exchange of views in which both sides stated their position. We were unable to reach a common view but agreed to move forward to discuss other issues. We had a lengthy discussion about European ticket allocation, fan behaviour, merchandising, the procedures for postponing and rearranging games, smoking in the stadium, stewarding at home games and offensive chants by opposition fans, during which we reported the concerns of our members. We also brought up a list of concerns of one our members and Peter Lawell offered to meet him to discuss these matters further.
